As a trial attorney for over 35 years, Victor has built his career on one skill above all others: negotiation. In the courtroom, you don't win by shouting louder — you win by knowing your case, understanding the other side, and finding the path to the best outcome for your client.
That's the approach Victor will bring to Washington. FL-19 is a diverse district with voters across the political spectrum. The people here don't want more partisan gridlock — they want results. They want infrastructure that doesn't crumble, a VA system that actually serves veterans, and a government that works as hard as they do.
Victor's experience on the Suncoast Credit Union Board — including D.C. advocacy trips — has given him firsthand experience navigating federal policy discussions and building consensus with people who don't always agree.
