Working across the aisle to pass infrastructure funding for roads, bridges, broadband, and hurricane disaster preparedness for FL-19.
Learn more →Improving
Securing federal funding for Everglades restoration, combating red tide at the source, and protecting our $3.2B tourism economy.
Learn more →Transforming
Expanding Medicare drug price negotiation, capping out-of-pocket prescription costs, and ending surprise medical billing for our seniors.
Learn more →Yielding
Slashing VA red tape, expanding healthcare access, and ensuring 60,000+ FL-19 veterans receive the benefits they earned through service.
Learn more →From the Douglas Housing Projects to Congress
A foundation of resilience, raised in the Douglas Housing Projects in Manhattan, Victor learned early the value of hard work and education. He earned his degree from Hamilton College and his Juris Doctorate from SUNY Buffalo Law School before making Florida his home in 1991.
For over 35 years, he has advocated for justice as Owner and Managing Attorney of Arias Law Firm — representing working families in personal injury, workers' compensation, and school law. He isn't a career politician. He's running to cut the red tape for veterans, protect Medicare for seniors, and defend the water quality that drives our economy.
Married to his wife Angelette for 32 years, Victor and his family are rooted in Southwest Florida. Their twins, Ariana and Victor, are each attending a university. A member of Covenant Presbyterian Church since 1999, Victor serves as an Elder and Board of Trustees member.
Woven into Southwest Florida
For over a quarter-century, Victor has been more than a neighbor — he's been a dedicated leader, serving on the boards that shape our community's future. Victor is a proud member of Leadership Florida (Class VIII), Leadership Lee County, Leadership Cape Coral, and Leadership Estero.
